Project Summary

Dreamers Hope Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based in Limbe, Cameroon. Founded in 2018, the organization exists to serve some of the most vulnerable populations affected by the ongoing socio-political crisis in the region,  women, children, widows, and internally displaced persons who have been left with very little.

When they came to us, they had a mission worth amplifying. Our job was to build the digital infrastructure to match it.

The Problem

Dreamers Hope Foundation had no web presence when we first engaged them. To get them online quickly, we launched an initial WordPress-based website, functional, but not built for the long term.

As the organization grew and their team became more hands-on with content management, the limitations became clear. WordPress introduced a steep learning curve for a non-technical team already stretched thin by their humanitarian work. Updating the site felt like a task, not a tool. They needed a platform they could actually own, one that reduced friction, shortened the learning curve, and gave their team the confidence to manage their content independently.

Our Solution

We moved away from WordPress entirely and built a custom content management experience tailored to how the DHF team actually works.

The new system integrated directly with their Google Drive account, allowing the team to access and publish images from their existing storage without extra steps or uploads. We implemented a PayPal donation API, giving the foundation a reliable, trust-familiar way to collect donations online , paired with a clean dashboard interface that made tracking contributions straightforward and transparent.

Beyond functionality, we brought the visual design forward. The new interface applied modern design principles , cleaner layouts, better hierarchy, and a presentation more worthy of the foundation's work and credibility.

The result was a platform the team could log into, navigate, and update with confidence.
